ldpe air balloonhas been used in place of paper shredding/thermocol
cut pieces etc. Air is inflated in air balloon before packaging
of void filling at site.
Made to order
cavities are foamed for tailor made equipment in small quantity
with the help of easy production process of hot knife or hot
wire cutting and bonding with hot air system instead of pasting
with rubber solution or adhesive.
The pu foam is
two component chemicals reaction takes place and shape are
adhere as per equipment. The extra space between wooden/paper
box by pouring pu foam in the void space and movement of
equipment is restricted with cushion. |
