Scope of Plastics Welding in
Medical Device Manufacturing (Branson Ultrasonics)
The demand for medical devices is
growing exponentially. The trend is towards using disposable
devices. Therefore the demand for disposable devices is huge and
growing all over the world. It is pre-requisite to make the
device at minimum cost without compromising on the quality
front. Use of plastics is increasing and to keep the
manufacturing costs down for complex components, manufacturers
are resorting to welding techniques.
